Your family is in my prayers. I have had the opportunity to work with Dave on several TDOT projects over the last few years. Dave was a man of integrity and a pleasure to work with. I have never met any of the family but Dave spoke often of you in our conversation.It was obvious that he was very proud of his family and loved each of you.
