Brenda, Our deepest sympathies, thoughts, and prayers are with you and your family during this diffcult time. I fondly remember the days we played football together and when he lived on Fairfield Pike and the 1969 Class reunions. I will truely miss Phil.

i am so sorry for your loss. i worked with phil at the dodge dealership. he was a very nice man. he used to call me partly cloudy, i called him overcast skies. he was one of my favorite salesmen. i also waited on him at the tag office. you don't find many genuine good guys, but he was one. my sister nannie davis sends her condolences also. she works at the va in murfreesboro.

We all remember Phil fondly from the time he worked at Alexander Ford. He always worked so hard and took such great care of his customers. He was just a great fellow to work with. He could always make you smile. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I received the news of the passing of Phil from Jane Arrington. I was associated with Phil back in the recruiting days of the 80's. The last time I saw Phil was when Steve Arrington retired. I believe the three of us played golf. May he rest in peace. "MO", SMSgt USAF Retired
