I remember my Mother cried for weeks after Alice, Bob Calk and family moved from Houston to Tennessee. She loved Alice like a sister, my mother's name was Genevieve Pozzie. We lived across the street from them on Thrush Street, Houston TX. In the early to mid 1950's.

The Calk family lived across the street from us when I was a kid in the 1950's, on Thrush Street in Houston, Texas. My parents were good friends with the Calks and Linda and Robert jr. Were friends with me and my sister. Bob used to pass the football with me as a kid. I'll never forget them. Raymond Pozzie......

Bob and Alice along with their daughter Linda and son Robert lived across the street from us on Thrush street, Houston Texas back in the 50's. Bob would pass the football to me, he and his wife Alice were special people. My dad Arthur Pozzie had a 58 Chevy station wagon and her and Robert were playing in it. My sister Debbie somehow knocked it out of gear and Robert jumped out the back of the wagon running over him. Thank God it didn't hurt him. My mother Genevieve Pozzie cried her eyes out when they moved away. Oh, and I had a crush on Linda, lol...great memories. Raymond Pozzie.
