I worked with Andy the past few years. His positivity and encouragement has made such an impact in my life. It could be the worst day and he would call and make you smile. He would take a complaint and find a way to find the positive side...making you feel like you could handle anything. Even though we worked remotely (he in TN and my group is in NC), he always made our group feel important. I appreciated his friendship and strive to be a light to others--just like Andy. My deepest condolences to his wife and family. He will truly be missed and never forgotten.
