Obituary of Jean Marie Bucy

Jean Marie Victory Bucy, 85, of Murfreesboro, passed away June 23, 2015 at Northside Healthcare and Rehab in Murfreesboro after an extended illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Annie Cunningham Victory, brothers Frank, Fred, Thomas, and Robert Victory and her husband James E. Bucy.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Bucy of Murfreesboro, Kenneth Bucy of Smyrna; two daughters, Teresa Owen of Smyrna and Joan (Gary) Batey of Murfreesboro; one sister, Mary Jane (Melvin) Stansbury of Etheridge, TN; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bucy was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church, a graduate of Central High School, and a retired employee of GE.
Visitation will be Friday, June 26, 2015, 11 am to 1 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be Friday, June 26, 2015 at 2 pm at Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro with Chaplain Milton Stanley officiating.
