Audrey Rae Williams Black, age 48, passed away at Peidmont Newnan Medical Center in Newnan Georgia on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. She was born on November 6, 1966 to Ray Williams and Faye Davenport Gordon. She was a teacher at Black Fox Elementary in Murfreesboro.
She was preceded in death by her father and son, Brandon Williams.
Survivors include her husband Barry Black, one son Vinny Black, daughter Kaden Black, grandson Matthias Williams, Mother Faye Gordon and Step-father, Frank Gordon all of Murfreesboro. Two sisters and four brothers also survive.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Murfreesboro Funeral Home with John Simmons officiating. Burial will be in the Thyatira Cemetery in Cannon County.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Black Fox Elementary School.
