Donna Katherine Seeley Arel was born April 10, 1953 in Southbridge, MA to the late Thomas Ormsbe and Patricia Ann Poulin Seeley and she passed away of Friday, March 27, 2015 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro at the afe of 61.
Donna was married to Marcel W. Arel who survives.
No services are planned locally with burial in Massachusetts at a later date.
