Wayne Downing Sr., 63, of Westmoreland, passed away Monday, October 25, 2010 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. Mr. Downing was born in Nashville to the late Paul and Margaret Downing. He was a member of Clair Street Church of God. Mr. Downing was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mike Downing. He was survived by his wife, Emmie Downing; son, Eddie (Regina) Downing Jr. of Murfreesboro; daughters, Renee (Monty) McCoy of Murfreesboro; Margaret (Steve) Morgan of Westmoreland; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Tony Downing of Nashville; and sister, Debbie Clarkson of Dixon. Graveside service will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 1:00pm at Evergreen Cemetery.
