Karen Short 63, of Murfreesboro passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Ms. Short was born in Marion, IN to the late Isaac and Eva Nell Wright. She was a Claim Processor for State Farm Insurance. Ms. Short was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Whirl of Winter Haven, FL. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Memorial service will be in Winter Haven, FL at a later date.
