Robert Carlson, 49, of Murfreesboro, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at his residence. Mr. Carlson was born in Fayetteville, NC and was of the Catholic Faith. He retired from the United States Army after receiving injuries while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was a loving husband and father.
Mr. Carlson is survived by his wife, Vanessa Carlson; daughters, Amber and Emily Carlson; parents, Bob and Mary Carlson of CA; 3 sisters; several brothers in law; sisters in law; nieces, and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, July 9, 2010 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 1:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Byers officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
