Dylan Fitzgerald, 13, of Rockvale, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Wayne Medical Center. Dylan was born in Nashville and was a student at Rockvale Middle School. He attended Franklin Road Baptist Church.
Dylan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mari Elizabeth Hicks. He is survived by father, Steve (Lauren) Williams of Rockvale; mother, Kelli Fitzgerald of Clifton, TN; brothers, Tyler Williams, Colton Fitzgerald; sisters, Amber and Brittany Roakes; grandparents, Kenneth and Kathie Williams of Lebanon; Don Fitzgerald and Catherine Brobst-Fitzgerald of Louisville, KY; step grandfather, Tom Hicks; great-grandmother, Eunice Lynn Fitzgerald; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation with the family will be Monday, July 5, 2010 from 10:00am until the funeral service at 2:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Norris officiating. There will be a private burial at the family cemetery in Smith County.
