Shaylin Faith Hawks, 3 years old, of Murfreesboro passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Shaylin attended Family Worship Center and Special Kids in Murfreesboro. She loved music, Elmo, and Dora.
Shaylin was survived by her parents, Jeremy Lewis and Miranda Hawks of Murfreesboro; sisters, Jocelyn Lewis; Kinsley Lewis; grandparents, Nancy Hawks of Clarkrange; Mark Hawks of Murfreesboro; Ricky and Lucille Lewis of Crossville; great-grandparents, Mary Ruth of Jamestown; Freeda Cravens of Grimsley; Hulon "Wink" and Tilda Lewis of Crossville; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, May 12, 2010 from 5:00pm -8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be Thursday at 11:00am at Evergreen Cemetery.
