Joey Wayne Ashford, 28, of Murfreesboro passed away Friday, February 12, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Joey was a native of Rutherford County and was a member of Short Creek Baptist Church.
Joey is survived by his wife, Amanda Ashford of Murfreesboro; sons, Dathon Scott Ashford; Jacob Colby Ashford; parents, John and Mary Ashford of Murfreesboro; brothers, Darrell Ashford of Murfreesboro; John Ashford Jr. of Alabama; sisters, Tammy Ashford of Murfreesboro; Lanea Underwood of Christiana; several aunts, uncles, and cousins
Visitation with the family will be Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Monday, February 15, 2010 at 1:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Murray Mathis officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
