Primo M. Baysic, Sr, 73, of Murfreesboro, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at his home. Mr. Baysic was born in Philippines to the late Domingo and Paz Marie Magalong Baysic. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a retired Master Chief in the United States Coast Guard. Mr. Baysic was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Baysic; children, Malia (Larry) Armand and Belinda (Gene) Johnson of Murfreesboro; Zina (Dan) Wagener of Wheeling, WV; Primo (Beverly) Baysic Jr. of Cincinnati, OH; Cynthia Baysic and Kevin Brown of Brooklyn, CT; grandchildren, Brandi and Jeremy Lightfoot; Nicholas and Tiffany Brooks; Derrick, Dillionn, and Danielle Wagener; Justin and Courtney Brown; Ashley, Brandon, and Michael Armand; William Hughes; Richard and Tara Marcum; Toni, Dale, and Robert Fields; Hailey Baysic; Alexandria and Emily Johnson; great-grandchildren, Jaylee and Jarren Lightfoot; Brenin, Camden, and Taylor Brooks; Elizabeth, Avi'aunna, Dominic, and Isabella Marcum; Dawn, Michael, Mackenzie, and Madison Moore; and Kyler Fields. Visitation with the family will be Friday, May 15, 2009 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Mass will be Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 1:00pm at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Father Mark Sappenfield officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery with military honors.
