Mildred B. Brown, 91 of Murfreesboro passed away Sunday March 15, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Mrs. Brown was born in Yorktown, IN to the late Ray and Lois Brunton and was a lifetime resident of Delaware County for 83 years. She was of the Christian faith and worked in the classified department at the Muncie Star Press in Muncie, IN for 20 years. She played the piano at Broadmore Assisted Living providing concerts often.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Clarence Hamaline Brown. She is survived by her sons, Mark ( Marilou) Brown of Murfreesboro; Gregory S. (Marsha) Brown of Indianapolis, IN; Jeffery A. Brown of St. Louis Park, MN; sister, Margaret Reed of Yorktown, IN; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Service will be Saturday, March 21, 2009 at 2:00pm at Gardens of Memory in Muncie IN.
Family will receive friends Saturday, March 21, 2009 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at MCL Cafeteria in Muncie Mall.
