Carol Jean Duran, 70 of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at Community Care. Mrs. Duran was born in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois to the late Arthur and Mame Hobbs Fraily and she worked as a waitress.
Mrs. Duran was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John William Duran, and daughter, Deana Duran. She is survived by daughter, Toni Register of Murfreesboro; 4 grandchildren, Michael (Heather) Register of Smyrna; Tasha (Jason) Wilson of Murfreesboro; Miranda Register of Murfreesboro, Chris Register of Murfreesboro; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 4, 2008 with Bro. Doug Mitchell officiating.
