Roger Reginald Violette, 72, of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Mr. Violette was born in Waterbury, CT to the late Albert and Almire Violette. He was a member the Rotary Club.
Mr. Violette was preceded in death by his parents, son, Kevin Violette, two sisters and brother. He is survived by his wife, Judith Whitworth Violette; children, Ronnie (Annie) Ralston of Murfreesboro; Johnathan (Jana) Ralston of Murfreesboro; Steven Violette of CT; David Violette of CT; daughter Tracey Violette of CT; eight grandchildren; and friends at Hardee's on Memorial.
Gathering of family and friends will be Friday, September 26, 2014 at 10:00am at Dilton Church of Christ.
In lieu of flowers family ask for donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Fisher House Foundation.
