Mr. Albert Lee Adams age 66 of Murfreesboro passed away on Monday September 1, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Adams was born in Beaumont, TX on October 5, 1947 to the late Alva Joe and Anita Louise Smith Adams. Mr. Adams retired from the US Army. Mr. Adams is survived by his wife Annie Strickland Adams of Murfreesboro, 2 Sons: Jeremy Adams of Ft. Stewart, GA and Justin Adams of Murfreesboro. 1 Daughter: Wendy Davenport of Murfreesboro. 7 Grandchildren: Alyssa Slacks, Thomas Davenport, Bailey Davenport, Braden Davenport, Bodi Adams, Ethan Adams, and Ashton Davenport; brothers and sisters, Linda Vaughan (Dennis); Stewart Stevens (Anita); Tonya Langham (Rob); Dewayne Adams; Randy Adams (Marilyn); Bobbie Hughes (Billy) and Tab Adams (Maureen). Celebration of Life will be Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Bush, Laura Thomas, James Pugh, and Jeremy Adams speaking. Visitation with the family will be 1 PM until time of service. Interment will be at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
