Age 84 of Murfreesboro. September 2, 2008 at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville. Mr. Boeh was born November 8, 1923 at Blairsville, Pennsylvania, the son of the late John and Elizabeth Zoeller Boeh. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Independence. He had been retired for 20 years after a 39 year career with the Edwin L. Wiegand/Chromalox division of Emerson Electric, his last position being Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the Murfreesboro plant. He had lived in the Blackman Community for the past 30 years. Mr. Boeh is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mary Jean (Monroe) Boeh; five children Michael (Annie) Boeh of Murfreesboro; Barbara (John) Kralik of Verona, PA; Audrey (David) Benneyworth of Nashville; Edward Boeh of Nashville; and Lauren (Chris) Cooper of Murfreesboro; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation will be at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home, 145 Innsbrooke Boulevard on September 5 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. September 6 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 1601 North Tennessee Boulevard, with Rev. Michael Johnston officiating, with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Rose of Lima Building Fund or to the American Heart Association.
