Obituary of Marjorie Dyer

Marjorie Sudberry Dyer 70, of Longview Community, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Dyer was the daughter of the late Herman and Mildred Faris Sudberry and the wife of the late Richard Dyer. She also had two brothers who preceded her in death, Larry Gilbert Sudberry and Lannie Donald Sudberry. Mrs. Dyer is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Smith (Donnie) of Rockvale; Marla Watlington (Jim) of Shelbyville; five grandchildren, Megan and Jared Smith; James, Erin and Joel Watlington; sister, Nancy Oldfield of Shelbyville; and brother, Henry E. Sudberry (Arline) of Rockvale.
Mrs. Dyer enjoyed worshipping at World Outreach Church, was a member of Shelbyville's Woman's Club and was a past volunteer at MTMC of Murfreesboro.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Friday, August 8, 2014 at 10:00am at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Bush officiating. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
