James Thomas Walker 91, of Fosterville, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Walker was born in Fosterville to the late Samuel Lee and Mary Henley Walker. He was a member of Fosterville Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Wilma Arnold, Mary Lou Jackson and Diane Crosslin. He is survived by his wife, Pat Walker of Fosterville; step children, Willie (Cindy) Sullivan; Tommy (Annette) Sullivan; Scott (Patty) Sullivan; Angie (Kenny) McGee; Timmy Sullivan all of Shelbyville; Sandy Edward of OH; sister, Betty Jean Helton (Bob) of Fosterville; brother, Hershel (Katherine) Walker of Fosterville; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Fosterville Cemetery with Pastor Douglas Moore officiating and with Military Honors.
