Dorthy (Dot) Rimmer Morgan Calk, 79 of Murfreesboro passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Mrs. Calk was a native of Milan, TN. She was a member of River Rock Baptist Church. Mrs. Calk was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Calk, sons, Tony, Timothy and Ricky Morgan, and brother, Buddy Rimmer. She is survived by her grandson, John Morgan (Joanne) and two great grandsons, Wyatt Morgan; Cyrus A. Morgan all of Unionville; step daughter, Linda Cruse (Jack) of Louisville, KY; step sons, Rob Calk (Milessa) of Townsend; Jeff Calk (Holly) of Nashville; step granddaughters, Allison Beech; Whitney Calk both of Murfreesboro; Isabella and Adeline Calk both of Nashville; step grandson, Brian Cruse of Louisville, KY; brother, Donald Rimmer (Patricia) of Bradford; sister, Rita Joy Stevenson (Norman) of Mississippi; beloved nieces and nephews; precious sister in law, Jane Rimmer of Milan. Visitation with the family will be Friday, February 28, 2014 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 10:00am at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Don Herron officiating. Graveside service will be Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 3:00pm at Poplar Springs Cemetery, Milan, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
