Dora Lee Oxyer Conley, 84, of Christiana, TN passed away Friday, February 14, 2014 at Community Care of Rutherford County. Mrs. Conley was born in Charleston, WV to the late Harry Shirkey and Eliza Anna Stern Oxyer. She was a longtime resident of Campbells Creek and attended Campbells Creek Church of the Nazarene.
Mrs. Conley was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Arthur T. Conley of Christiana, TN; sons, Art Conley Jr. (Emily) of Winterhaven, FL; Roger Conley (Mary) of Apex, NC; daughters, Nora Beckett (Richard) of Murfreesboro, TN; Vonda Williams of Christiana, TN; Ruthanna Withrow of Crosslanes, WV; brother, Lenders Oxyer of WV; nine grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held in the spring in Charleston, WV.
