Cody Parker, 18, of Murfreesboro, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Cody was a native of Murfreesboro, he attended Oakland High School and was a 2013 graduate of Blackman High School. He liked dirt bikes and show cars.
Cody was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lonnie Wade Parker and Leburn Jefferson Harrell. He is survived by his parents, Tracy Dean and Kimberly Harrell of Murfreesboro; brother, Brandon Harrell; grandparents, Mary Ann Victory of Murfreesboro; Wilma Harrell of Murfreesboro; best friend, Lantz Covert; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Robinson and Bro. Franklin Brown officiating. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Raney, Jeremy Williams, Matthew Williams, Josh Harrell, Lantz Covert, Brandon Harrell, Richard Harrington, Mason Jones and Donnie Jones.
