Stephanie King, 57 of Murfreesboro passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Mrs. King loved dancing, had been dancing since about age 2. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran church in Monroe, MI. She was married to surviving husband Bob on August 09, 1980 at Grace Lutheran Church in Monroe, MI. Most recently a member of Grace Lutheran Church, where she was an active member of the Ladies of Grace. Stephanie was also a member of the group: After Breast Cancer (ABC) at the YMCA Rutherford. A group that provided her untold love and support over the last 3 years. Mrs. King was preceded in death by her mother, Liz Stadelman . She is survived by her husband, Bob King; daughters, Timea (James) Ketron; Kira (Matthew) Leavens both of Murfreesboro; father, Arthur Stadelman of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Jacob, Jarryd, and Madison Ketron; Elyissa and Koritsi Leavens; sister, Sharon (Michael) Peters of Bargersville, IN; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 9:00am until the memorial service at 11:00am at Grace Lutheran Church, 811 E. Clark Blvd, with Rev. Carl R. Wenck officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial to ABC group at Rutherford County YMCA or Grace Lutheran Church.
