Marjory Jean Carlson, 79 of Murfreesboro passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Carlson was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a homemaker. She was an avid traveler, loved to garden, read, and socialize with her friends. Mrs. Carlson was preceded in death by her husband Ernst Carlson. She is survived by her children, Sarah A. (David) Fletcher of Murfreesboro, TN, Carol A. (John) Washbish of Crystal Lake, IL, Ellen M. Carlson of Murfreesboro, TN, Diane L. (Curt) Hawes of Lake Orion, Michigan; 8 grandchildren, Jackie, John, Andrew, Amy, Erin, Tamarah, Katie, Chrissy; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Ginnie) MacIntosh, of Albuquerque, NM, Donald MacIntosh of Menlow Park, CA.
The family will receive friends at 9:30 am on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
A Memorial mass will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
