Obituary of Gladys McBride

Mrs. Gladys A. McBride, of Murfreesboro, left this life of 89 years on Friday, June 06, 2008 at her daughter's home. She was a native of Cambridge, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of Smyrna First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Beacon Chapter 593 of Columbus, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Nettie Olden Larrick. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Paul J. McBride, her sister, Ruth Larrick Turner; brother, Paul E. Larrick; grandson, Howard Ernest Brownlow; and great grand daughter, Hope Diana Brownlow. She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn L. McBride (Clint) Brownlow of Murfreesboro; sisters, Dorothy Larrick Bennett, Velma Larrick Hood, and Shirley Larrick Tidrick; brother, Delbert E. Larrick, all of Ohio; grand children, Rusty (Chandy) Brownlow; Dominic (Donna) Brownlow; Derwin (Faith) Brownlow; Debra (Eugene) Todd; Darlene (Bill) Johnson; Mark (Deidre) Cook; 9 great grand children and 5 great great grand children. Funeral service will be at 2:30 pm Monday, June 9, 2008 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Marshall Gupton officiating. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Memorial Donations made be made to Alzheimers Association or Alive Hospice.
