Richard Earl Hasty, 62, of Shelbyville passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Mr. Hasty was born in Whitley, TX to the late Earl and Bonnie Hasty. He was a member of Abundant Life Church and past employee of Mike's Tire and Auto. Mr. Hasty was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ralph Hasty. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Harris Hasty; son, Steve Hasty (Karen) of Vista, CA; daughter, Angela "Angie" Morgan (Kevin) of Bell Buckle; sons, Greg Ryan of Murfreesboro; Gary Ryan (Ashley) of Manchester; Tony Ryan of Nashville; grandchildren, Kayla and Raegan Hasty; Andrew Morgan; Jayleigh Ryan; Hannah Ryan; and sister, Cathy Cawthorn of Shelbyville.
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Friday, November 22, 2013 at 1:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Glover officiating. Burial to follow at Spence Harris Cemetery
