Steve McCluskey, 49, of Murfreesboro passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at Centennial Medical Center. Steve was born in Rutherford County to the late Joe McCluskey and Olene McCluskey. He was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, owner of McCluskeys Towing, past Director of Volunteer Emergency Management and past Rutherford County Volunteer Fireman. Steve was preceded in death by his father, Joe McCluskey. He is survived by his wife, Candi McCluskey; sons, Greg McCluskey and Brian McCluskey; mother, Olene McCluskey; brothers, Mark (Wendi) McCluskey and Brent (Lesia) McCluskey, all of Murfreesboro.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Howard officiating. Burial to follow at Milton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Doug Green, Bubba Timbs, Sterling Farmer, Bubba Russell, Howard Snook and Jimmy Lester.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Lascassas Volunteer Fire Dept.
