Faye Marie Brewer, 57 of Smyrna passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Brewer was a native and life long resident of Smyrna. She attended River of Life Church.
Mrs. Brewer was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Jean Pennington; son, Charles Michael "Bump" Brewer and brother, Donald Ray Pennington. She is survived by her father and step mother, Carl "Red" and Jean Pennington of Smyrna; daughter, Melissa Warrick of Smyrna; sister, Debra Averitt of Smyrna; step sister, Debbie Grant of Smyrna; step brothers, Scott Rice of Smyrna; Jeff Rice of Madison; several aunts, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Friday, June 14, 2013 at 11:00am at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Richard Labborn officiating. Burial to follow at Mapleview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers family ask for donations be made to Willowbrooke Hospice of Franklin.
