Allison Victoria Burnett, infant, of Smyrna, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2007 at Stone Crest Medical Center.
Allison is survived by her parents, John Burnett and Heather Fields of Smyrna; sister, Natalie Fields; brother, Deacon Fields, and grandparents, Raymond and Jean Burnett of Smyrna and Lynn Kinsler of Kingsport.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, April 27, 2007 beginning at 5:00 pm until service time starting at 6:00 pm at Walter Hill First Baptist Church in Murfreesboro with Bill Gandy officiating.
