Sam Martin Purnell III, 52 of Smyrna passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Purnell was born in Myrtle Beach, SC. He was a member of Springhouse Worship and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Purnell was preceded in death by his father, Sam Martin Purnell II and sister, Beth Walker. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Poole of Pell City, AL; Sophia Purnell of Cape Coral, FL; son, Sam Purnell of Cape Coral, FL; mother, Billie Herman of Ocala, FL; brother, John R. (Rick) Walker of Smyrna, TN; sisters, Janet Carol Revalee of Crossville; Sally Ann Lee of Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren, Lily Poole; Mckenzie Poole; several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Private Service to be held at a later date.
