Obituary of Clarence Hill

Clarence Joseph "Joe" Hill, 64 of Murfreesboro passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Hill was born in Nashville and retired from CSX. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of Christian Life Church. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his father, Joseph W. Hill and sister, Linda Kane. He is survived by his wife, Martha Lynne Hill; son, Matthew Hill (Lora); daughters Jennifer Hill; Haley Jefsen (Mason); Joy Hill; Holly Linville (Jason); all of Murfreesboro; mother, Louise Hill; sister, Trecia Freeman (Fred) both of Madison; Mark and Christy Grubbs; and nine grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 5:00pm-7:30pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday, April 29, 2013 at 2:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Kairdolf officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery with Military Honors.
