Ruth Ann Miller, 71, of Murfreesboro, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Miller was born in Newark, OH to the late Eugene and Ethel Shoults. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents, and son, Gary Miller. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Miller; children, Randy Miller; Judy Mitton; and three grandchildren. Private service
