Obituary of Dean Cole

Dean Cole, 80 of Murfreesboro, passed away Monday, December 20, 2010 at Williamson Medical Center. Mr. Cole was born in Agra, Kansas to the late Alanison Everette and Hulda Viola Cole. He worked for the Tennessee Baptist Home and was the Middle Tennessee Coordinator of Campers on Mission. He was a member of River Rock Baptist Church and an active deacon of past Baptist churches.
Mr. Cole was preceded by his parents, brother, Eddie Dale Cole and son-in-law, Victor Huckaby. He is survived by his wife, Bernice Cole of Murfreesboro; daughter, Susan Nash of Murfreesboro; son, Larry (Patsy) Cole of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Betty Huckaby of Shelbyville; son, Richard (Becky) Cole of College Grove; brothers, Jim Cole of Orlando, FL; Maurice Cole of Stanford, NB; Darrell Cole of Daytona Beach, FL; sisters, Rebecca Cantrell; Roberta Martin both of Daytona Beach, FL; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 1:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Don Herron officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
