Henry Highers, 60, of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday, January 01, 2008 at his home. He was born in Dickson Springs, TN to late Banks Samuel and Lucille Elizabeth Jones Highers. He was a salesman with Southern Creations Landscaping. Mr. Highers is survived by his children, Kevin Highers of Murfreesboro, Jeff Highers of Corpus Christi, TX and Deanna Wooten of Murfreesboro; brothers, George Highers of Nashville and Bill Highers of Gallatin; sister, Barbara Hackett of Nashville; 6 grandchildren; Christy Highers, Emily Highers, Lance Highers, Sylvia Highers, Kayleigh Wooten and Anabelle Wooten. Funeral service will be 11 am Friday, January 04, 2008 at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Pastor Don Morris officiating. The family will receive friends 4 pm until 8 pm Thursday, January 03, 2008 at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family asks memorials be made to American Heart Association.
