Obituary of Wilma Corlew

Wilma Jean Corlew, 60, of Murfreesboro, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2007. She was a native of Rutherford County and a member of Blackman Church of Christ. She was an employee of General Electric for ten years and a Corrections Officer at Rutherford County Corrections Work Center. She is preceded in death by her parents, Travis and Opel Dunn; her sister, Lorene Hendrixson, and her brothers, Lloyd Dunn, Arthur Dunn, and Charles Dunn. She is survived by her husband, Bobby R. Corlew of Murfreesboro; her sons, Steven (Duann) Corlew, David Corlew, and Michael Corlew; her sisters, Stella Randloff of Michigan, Evelyn Vestal of Missouri, Shirley Smithson of Auburntown, Eldra Alexander and Linda Johnson of Woodbury; and a brother, Jerry Dunn of McMinnville; and eleven grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be on Monday, November 19, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 20, at 11:00 a.m. at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Kenneth Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
