Flora Marie Sims, 89, of Murfreesboro, passed away Friday, November 16, 2007. She was a homemaker and a member of the Middle Valley Church of God in Chattanooga, TN.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Sims; her son, William Sims, and her parents, Samuel and Mattie Vineyerd. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Lawson of Murfreesboro; her grandsons, Anthony Sims of South Haven, MS, and Chuck Lawson of Murfreesboro; and her great-grandchildren, Lance and Chelsea Lawson and Candace Sims.
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. (EST) at the Chattanooga Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at Chattanooga Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. (EST) with Bro. Mitch McClure officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
