Ernest B. Franklin III, age 76 of Murfreesboro, TN went to his heavenly home on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
He was born October 22, 1948, in Shelbyville, TN to the late Ernest B. Jr and Evelyn Norris Franklin.
Also preceded in death by his sister, Joanna England.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Brenda Franklin; daughter, Amanda (Ben) Curtis; grandchildren, Ethan Curtis; Lydia Curtis; and a sister, Gwen (Mike ) Barnett.
Ernest worked at Nissan as an Analyst for 21 years. He also attended New Vision – Buchanan Campus.
Visitation with the family will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 5pm – 8pm. Services will be Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 10am with Pastors Brady Cooper and Steve Hutson officiating. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Tullahoma, TN.
