Richard Patrick Dugger Sr., age 81 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, surrounded by his family.
Born March 21, 1943, in Akron, OH to the late James and Dorothy Woodliff Dugger.
Richard retired from Bridgestone in LaVergne, TN after 25 years of service.
Also preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Dugger; brothers, Jim Dugger, and Buddy Dugger.
He is survived by his sons, Ricky (Stephanie) Dugger; Jimmy (Margie) Dugger; grandchildren, Brandon (Melissa) Bennett; Chelsey Dugger; Christian Dugger; Amber (Justin) Smelser; Logan (Madison) Dugger; Deann (Chris) Janis; Heather (Clint) Woody; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Bonita (Jim) Bazzel; sister-in-law, Nancy Dugger; Vannie Dugger; and a host of nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Visitation with the family will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 3pm – 7pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7pm.
