Celinda Kay Miller, age 59, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024. Preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Howard and Peggie Crouch Baker. Survived by loving husband of 29 years Brian Miller; son Jacob Alexander “Alex” Miller; brother Kevin (Angela) Baker. Celinda was a member of River Rock Baptist Church. She graduated from MTSU with a degree in education and taught in Rutherford County Middle Schools for 25 years. She enjoyed reading books, watching old movies, playing the piano, singing in church, she enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with family and friends. Visitation with the family will be 5:00 until 8:00pm Thursday, July 25, 2024, and 12:30 until 2:00pm Friday, July 26, 2024, at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with the funeral service at 2:00pm, Rev Don Herron, Jr. officiating. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Garden. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to River Rock Baptist Church, 2248 State Hwy 99, Murfreesboro, TN 37128.
