Hazel F. Attkisson age 92 passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Preceded in death by her husband Carl Attkisson, Sr., brothers Evon Langhans, Jr. and R.E. Langhans and sister Betty Langhans.

Survived by children Linda (Keith) Stapleton and Carl (Debbie) Attkisson, Jr.; grandchildren Ted (Rachelle) Cabading, Jr, Heather (Rich) Hale, Jessica (Ben) Polston, and Justin (Anna Catherine) Attkisson; great grandchildren Sophia, Evie, Henry and Hazel Polston and Brooklyn Cabading; special nieces and nephews Joyce (Mike) Burns, Jon (Alisha) Langhans and Mary Langhans, several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be 9:30 until 11:00am Wednesday, June 19, at Western Hills Church of Christ, 7565 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 with the funeral service at 11:00am. A private family burial will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

The family would like to think all the Staff at The Village at Bellevue for all the care and love the showed to Hazel and also Gentiva Hospice, your kindness will always be cherished.
