Franklin Delano Farley Obituary

Franklin “Frank” Delano Farley, 78, of Christiana, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.


Mr. Farley was born in Harlan, KY to the late Dewey and Delilah Ray Farley . He was a member of New Vision Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army for 27 years and retired as a Sergeant First Class. After retiring from the military, he worked as a manager at Walmart for 22 years. He enjoyed playing Xbox, was an avid Kentucky Basketball fan and loved spending time with his family.


Mr. Farley was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Naomi Duff Farley. He is survived by his daughter, Lucy (Larry) Pittenger of Murfreesboro; son, Joe Farley of Manchester; daughter, Patrisha (Will) Bullock of Christiana; daughter, Frankie Krisle of Murfreesboro; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all.


Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm until the Memorial service at 2:00 pm at New Vision Baptist Church, Phillip Robinson officiating.
