Linus Bernard Griffith, Sr., age 70, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Wednesday September 20, 2023 at his home.
He was a 1971 graduate of Howard High School in Chattanooga, TN. He served in the US Army, after being discharged from the US Army, he worked at US Pipe until he started his own business Special Services, a cleaning business.
He was preceded in death by his parents LB and Sarah Lee Griffith, sisters Gloria Griffith and Vanessa Johnson and son James Austin Harrison Griffith.
He leaves behind his wife Michelle Warrick; children Rhonda Hooks, Felicia Griffith-Parker, Stephanie Griffith, Linus Bernard (Jaleesa) Griffith, JR, and Brandon Burke; 15 grandchildren; sister Mary Helen Reeves and Gail Crutcher; brothers Jason Griffith and Marc Smith, and many other family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held 12:30pm Tuesday at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
