Christopher “Chris” Allan McWhorter, age 54 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born December 26, 1968 in Clarksville, TN to Donnie and Ann McWhorter.

Chris was preceded in death by his father, Donnie McWhorter.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Lori McWhorter; daughter, Abbe McWhorter; son, Carter McWhorter; mother, Ann McWhorter; brother, Mark (Jackie) McWhorter; sister, Donna (Bob) Huddleston; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 5pm – 7pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7pm.
