Michael “Red” Allen Bellenfant, age 60 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at home surrounded by family and friends.
Mike was born in Murfreesboro ,TN to Lawrence Allen Bellenfant and Goldie Emogene Willard Bellenfant on September 30, 1962. He went to Riverdale High School and graduated in 1980. Mike loved playing baseball. He played for many teams and had one speed - - - wide open. Mike also loved fishing. He worked at Whirlpool and then later went to Bridgestone.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Allen Bellenfant.
He is survived by his sons, Christopher Bellenfant; Robert Bellenfant; David Bellenfant; William Bellenfant; grandchildren, Lyric Bellenfant; Levi Bellenfant; mother, Goldie Emogene Bellenfant; sister, Lisa (Greg) Bellenfant – McCrary; and brother, Larry Bellenfant.
Visitation with the family will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 10am – 2pm with services to follow at 2pm in the chapel with Bros. Ross Maroney and Donnie Frensley officiating. Interment will follow at Windrow Church Cemetery in Rockvale, TN. Family and friends will be pallbearers.
