Obituary of Reba Garrett

Reba Ann Garrett, age 73, of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Garrett was born in Overton County to the late Thurman and Fanny Smith. She was a member of Midway Christian Church and loved sewing, canning, cooking and gardening.
Mrs. Garrett was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Sheila Hite and Alice Cooksey; brother, Cluie Smith. She is survived by her son, Bryan (Bernice) Garrett; daughters, Teresa Garrett and Angela (John) Lamb; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; twin sister, Reva Francis (Perry) Green.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 11:00 am at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Dr. Lyle W. Anderson officiating. Burial to follow in Coleman Cemetery.
