Obituary of Clarence Wesley Green III

Clarence Wesley Green III was born April 7, 1956 in Dade City, Florida to Tom Palmer Green Sr. and Flora Mae Davis-Green. He was adopted at birth by Clarence Wesley Green Jr. and Pearl Bunch Green. Clarence Wesley Green III was the youngest of 8 children and attended Duncan U. Fletcher High School in Atlantic Beach, Florida.
Not soon after, Clarence Wesley Green III joined the United States Army and moved on to completing Roadmaster Trucking School located in Jacksonville, Florida. Clarence was a Logistics Specialist driver for Sysco Foods, Dixie Egg Co., and Panglo INC. He achieved his goal of becoming an owner operator, driving over 1 millions miles within a 35 year period using the illustrious CB handle name " Dirty Dogg". Clarence was a member of Masonic Lodge Faithful Moore 009 based in Jacksonville, Fl and was also a member of New Community Baptist Church in Atlantic Beach, Florida.
Clarence leaves to cherish in his memory Darlene Driskell Green, wife of 35 years, 8 children and a host of grandchildren and loved ones. Clarence Wesley Green III was preceded in death by Ashley Brown and grandchild Nyrobie Thomson with living grandchildren Jordan and Julieana.
He also leaves behind Chiquita Jackson (Atl,GA), Wesley Jelissia) Green (Westley, Clarence IV, Jazmine, Jaki, Amaya, Jyla, Janyla, Zavion), Brittany Grimes (William Grimes - husband)(Trey,Elijah,Ashley), Corey Cooper (Marissa), Brandy Cooper (Camar'ron, Jai'la, J'Naiya, Ja'sire), Brian Cooper (Demornay, Carmen, Neyana), Christian Cooper (Christian Jr., Nevaeh, Sunshine, Kingston).
Clarence Wesley Green III also left behind 6 sisters and 2 brothers. He preceded in death Tom Palmer Green Jr.,Marty Stewart, and Patricia Bennett leaving behind living siblings Barbara Scayles (Melvin), Beverly Ann Solomon (Eddie Lee), Marion Dorsey, Vanessa Watson (Columbus), Angela Anderson (Joseph) Phylis Wright (sister in-law)(Otis), Craig & Daisia McFadden.
Clarence Wesley Green III will also be leaving behind loving nieces and nephews; April Scayles (Malachi), Tasha Scayles (Yorel, Melvin), Larry Green, a loving God-daughter Tiffany Thomas (Nicolas, Kennedi, Isabel, Sophia) and his Godmother to whom was very dear to his heart, Lelia Tate. Clarence Wesley Green III leaves to cherish his memory Evelyn Green(aunt), Nathaniel Davis(uncle), Robert Lee-Davis(uncle), Jacqueline Davis(cousin), and Sarah Governor(cousin). Last but not least, Clarence Wesley Green III left behind dear and valued friends Clemy & Nettie Gibson, Earl & Jennifer Jefferson, Bernice Jackson, Myrtice Rose,and Denise Harris.
He was a loving and devoted HUSBAND, FATHER, GRANDFATHER, and UNCLE to many who loved him. He loved and valued his family and spent his life taking care of his children and loving wife Darlene.
