Mary Virginia “Ginny” Shelton, age 52 passed away Monday, March 6, 2023, after a 9 year battle with cancer.
She is preceded in death by her father James Ray Arnold, Jr. and Grandfather James Ray Arnold, Sr.
Survived by husband Marty Ray Shelton; sons James Alan-Richard (Jillian) Zachary, Hunter Ray Shelton and Cody Shelton; mother Patti Arnold; grandmother Mary Frances Arnold; sisters Melissa Ann (Andreas) Fox and Tricia Rhea Arnold; nieces and nephews Amanda, Jamie, Sarah, Justin, and Dalton; aunt Linda (Steven) Stimpson; cousin Andrea Anderson.
Ginny was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation with the family will be 5:00-8:00pm Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Friday, March 10, 2023 with Doug Dezotell officiating. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
