Charles will be deeply missed snd my sympanthies go out to your family. He will always be remembered as a friend instead as of a customer of American Tire. I had known Mr. Halliwell over 25 years and enjoyed the debates over Nascar more than anythng. I believe our pssions in life were very similar and this is what I will remember most. He is in a better place and can watch Nascar anytime he wishes. I will miss most our Saturday morning battles over who is the best driver. To Debbie and the family of Charles Halliwell. My prayers are sent to you at this difficult time. I have always loved Butch and I thought the world of him.He was a really sweet kind and funny person. I am really going to miss him with all my heart. Especially chatting with him online. He made me laugh. It just doesn't seem real that he is gone. I know he is in a better place.
